Distributions — income accrues to the record holder
Allowed denoms: aeusd. The index is cumulative income per unit scaled by 1018; a holder's accrued income is units × (index − checkpoint) ÷ 1018, floored. The residue is what the floors leave in the payout module account; it is reported, never swept.
